When you call for a quote, you will be asked the address of your property so we can look up the accurate square footage on Zillow. Our pricing is based off how large your house is and a few other key components ( pets, etc.).
For First Initial Deep Cleans we charge .20 cents per sq ft. Any Clean after that would be a standard weekly,
Bi Weekly or Monthly clean priced at .10 cent per sq ft. and we can book you for reoccurring services of your preference.
A deep clean will take anywhere from 5 - 6 hours or more depending of size of home. A standard clean will take 3- 4 hours. We ask that if you wont be home the time of the clean, we will ask for a key be left somewhere or security code to get in.

Terms and Conditions
1.) Cancellation Fee
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of $25 will be charged. This policy ensures that the time slot can potentially be filled by another client.
2.) Estimations
Provided estimates (quotes) are subject to change, based on actual conditions of the home at the time of service.
Estimates / quotes are not guaranteed final price.
3.) First Time / Deep Cleans
First Time Cleans are charged more per square ft. due to it being more thorough cleaning that tackles hard to reach areas that haven't been touched in a while. This clean ensures every corner is spotless leaving no dust bunnies behind.
4.) Payments
Payment is due the day of service is completed.
A late fee of $25 per day will be applied to any payments not received within that that timeframe.
5. ) House Temperature
During the summer months, the air conditioning in the house must be set to 68 - 71 degrees Fahrenheit upon the cleaner's arrival.
If the house temperature exceeds 75 degrees, cleaning will not Commence and a cancellation fee will be applied.
6.) Content Creation & Sharing
I frequently create content for TikTok and share before and after pictures for my website or social media. By scheduling a service, clients consent to their homes before and after images being used for promotional purposes on these platforms. Personal or identifying details will not be disclosed.
7. ) Home Readiness
To ensure an efficient and high quality cleaning service, I ask that the home be properly prepared before my arrival. This allows me to focus on providing the best cleaning experience possible. Requirements for Home Readiness: Toys and laundry must be picked up before my arrival. I do not pick up, fold, or move laundry or toys. Bathroom counters and showers should be clear as possible, removing toiletries and personal items helps me clean more effectively. Minimize general clutter throughout the house. Excessive clutter prevents a thorough cleaning and slows down the process. It 80% of the space is covered in clutter It will not be cleaned.
